Mastermind Breakdown

Phase 1

January-March

During Phase 1, we are focused on foundations of three things - the personal, business, and financial health in your world. We will make plans with my proprietary process, then focus on the details of your business so your year is solid. And we get to bask in business things in Wilmington, North Carolina together - I am literally counting down the days!

Phase 2

April - June

THIS IS WHERE WE TURN IT ON! We will be focused on selling + cultivating new leads. From there, we have a Profit and Purpose Expansion Digital Retreat to push you to new highs. All tied together with a special emphasis on creative marketing - for you and your team (or future team).

Phase 3

July - September

Phase 3 is focused on supporting your business plan with marketing plans and community building to help you people the party steadily as you expand your business. This is an important part of the program, because by this point you will have hit a big sales month (per our programming + your sales efforts) and we really need to focus on burn out. This is when we start talking about how you can pivot into more space in 2024, while setting up your business to do what you need it to do in 2023. 

Phase 4

October - December

Phase 4 is all about learning from the financial journey of 2023, doubling down on what is working well, and stepping into the parts of your business that set your soul on fire after a year of good work. We will take it up a notch with deep analysis, alongside gearing up for the last sales push of the year. And we will party together for our final Retreat in Nashville. Yee-freakin'-haw, gals! All to end the year in more power than ever, together.

I was raised in small town Kentucky and got my start in marketing within opportunities in sports marketing and Coca-Cola. After feeling called higher, I fundraised my way to a residential entrepreneurial program in Silicon Valley when she was 23.

Since, I have paid rent in San Fransisco, Scottsdale, and Los Angeles all to settle back into my Southern roots in North Carolina in 2021.

I have started multiple companies, worked in ministry at Propel Women + Christine Caine Ministries, am a nationally recognized digital strategist with my agency Malibu Media and am the founder of Right Up Your Allee events and media company for women ready to bloom in business.

I now spend my days business building, coaching and focusing on cultivating transformation in the lives of women ready for more in life, faith and business. I am passionate about teaching women how to make incredible profit from life changing businesses that bring Heaven closer as they flourish.
